Use easy methods to fight dandruff

There are many reasons why people suffer from dandruff. It can be due to heavy pollution, extreme skin condition and other things.

People who are sensitive to yeasts can suffer from dandruff problems. It is the main reason that most people get dandruffs during winters and not in summers because during summers, the heat of the sun stops the yeast from proliferating. Also when the skin becomes very dry due to cold winds or harsh weather, dandruff becomes prominent. One can use organic anti dandruff shampoos to get rid of the problem but if it still persists then they can go for some home remedies.

Apple Cedar or White Vinegar

Try to rinse your hair with apple cedar or white vinegar and this is quite an effective way to treat dandruff. Dandruff builds up too fast and causes irritation. Vinegar helps one to get rid of that unwanted skin where the dandruff accumulation has happened. This will not clog your scalp pores anymore. Overgrowth of fungus can always cause dandruff and the vinegar acts like a fungicide. For this, one needs half a cup of warm water, half a cup of cedar or white vinegar and then mix it well together. Pour the mixture over the hair and then scrub it around gently for few minutes. Rinse it thoroughly with water and then take a normal shower after 6 hours. If this can be repeated once every week, one can see the positive effect.

Lemon Juice

If you have a dry scalp condition, then this can help. Take 2 table spoons of olive oil or Moroccan oil and squeeze a medium sized lemon to extract the juice out of it. Mix them and massage gently on the scalp. Keep it for at least an hour before rinsing well with a shampoo.

Baking Soda

Baking soda is another ingredient which can be used to fight dandruff problems. One can take a spoonful of baking soda and rub it slowly on the scalp. Keep it for at least 2 minutes and wash it of well with a proper shampoo. This baking soda scrubs the scalp well and removes the dead skin that has accumulated on the scalp. No dead skin means there will be no space for the fungus to develop that will lead to dandruff formation.

Aloe Vera Gel

One can get the Aloe Vera gel by easily cutting a few leaves of aloe Vera and using a sharp spoon to take the gel out. Store the gel in a cup. Then mix this aloe Vera gel with the shampoo that you use daily. Shampoo it on a daily basis to remove the excess oil from your scalp. One can also add this aloe Vera gel to the lemon juice instead of mixing it with the shampoo. Apply it on the scalp and leave for a few minutes before washing them away with the shampoo.

Ketomac shampoos can be used on a regular basis to remove dandruff. One can mix ketomac with their regular shampoo and then use it.
